앱에서 삭제하기(바로 처리)
- 게임을 열고 오른쪽 위 ⚙(설정)을 눌러요.
- [계정 삭제]를 누르고, 확인 창에서 다시 [계정 삭제]를 눌러요.
- 바로 삭제되고 게임이 처음 화면으로 돌아가요.
앱을 쓸 수 없을 때 삭제 요청하기
- dev.john.lab@gmail.com로 제목 "계정 삭제 요청" 이메일을 보내 주세요. 계정 번호(⚙ 설정 › 계정 번호)를 적어 주면 계정을 찾는 데 도움이 돼요.
- 10일 안에 삭제하고 이메일로 알려 드려요.
- 앱을 지워 계정 번호를 모를 때: 그 계정에는 이름·이메일 같은 정보가 연결되어 있지 않아 누구의 계정인지 찾을 수 없어요.
바로 지워지는 정보 (백업·서버 기록에 남은 사본은 아래 기간 뒤 지워져요)
- 계정: 계정 번호, 게스트 기기 키, 로그인 유지 토큰
- 섬과 게임 진행 기록: 지형·건물·자원·갈림길·섬 이름·언어 설정
- 오류 정보: 계정과 연결된, 앱이 보낸 오류 보고 기록
삭제하면 되돌릴 수 없어요.
남는 정보와 기간

Tap Tap New Worlds Account Deletion

Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the game and tap ⚙ (Settings) at the top right.
- Tap [Delete account], then tap [Delete account] again to confirm.
- Your account is deleted right away and the game returns to the start screen.
Request account deletion without the app
- Email dev.john.lab@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request". Including your account number (⚙ Settings › Account number) helps us locate your account.
- We will delete it within 10 days and confirm by email.
- If you uninstalled the app and don't know your account number: no name, email, or similar information is linked to the account, so we cannot tell whose account it is.
Deleted right away (copies in backups and server logs are deleted after the periods below)
- Account: account number, guest device key, sign-in tokens
- Your island and game progress: terrain, buildings, resources, paths, island name, language setting
- Error reports: error report records sent by the app and linked to your account
Deletion cannot be undone.
What we keep, and for how long
